Shipping Policy

At 9Volt, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time across Pakistan.

Order Confirmation and Dispatch

Once you place an order, our team will contact you for confirmation. After confirmation, your parcel will be dispatched within 12 to 24 hours.

Delivery Time

For Karachi orders, delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.

For orders outside Karachi, delivery usually takes 4 to 5 working days after dispatch.

Urgent Delivery

For urgent delivery, please contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order. Urgent delivery will include extra charges, as the parcel will be sent through TCS by air service.

Possible Delivery Delays

Delivery time might increase due to external issues such as courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, road blockage, law and order situations, or any other issue outside our control.

Important Information

Please provide a complete address and active contact number while placing your order. Our courier partner might contact you for delivery confirmation. If the customer is unavailable or the address is incomplete, delivery might face delays.
