Return & Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1.  Return &  Refund Policy

We  offer returns or refunds on any products in 7 days after purchase
Once a product is purchased, it can be returned or refunded for any reason in 7 days.
Customers are requested to ask for all product details, descriptions, and features before placing their order.

2. Wrong Item or Damaged Product Received

If you receive a product that is:

  • different from what you ordered, or

  • damaged/faulty on arrival

Then it is your responsibility to contact our support team within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

A clear, continuous unboxing video is required as proof.
The video must show:

  • the sealed parcel,

  • the complete unboxing process,

  • and the issue with the product.

Without an unboxing video, the complaint cannot be processed.

4. Open Parcel Condition

If the rider delivers an already opened parcel, do NOT accept it.
Take a picture and report it to our support immediately.
We will guide you regarding the next steps.

5. Replacement Warranty (For Selected Products Only)

Some of our products come with a 14-day official replacement warranty.
If you wish to claim a replacement, you must provide:

  • the unboxing video, and

  • evidence of the issue as required.

Complaints made after the 14-day warranty period cannot be approved.

6. Parcel Can NOT Be Opened Before Receiving

Courier services do not allow open-parcel checking, and they do not take responsibility for it.
Therefore, we also cannot allow customers to open a parcel before receiving it.
We apologize for this inconvenience, but the policy is set to prevent misuse and ensure secure shipping.
