4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery within Karachi is usually completed within 2 days.

  • Delivery outside Karachi takes 4–5 days.

  • Express delivery (under 2 days) is available only with full advance payment and will be shipped via TCS Air.

  • Delivery timelines may be affected by national issues, weather conditions, strikes, or courier system problems.

  • Any delay caused by the courier company is not the store’s responsibility.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the conditions mentioned in our Return Policy.

  • Refunds are processed only in specific cases.

  • Opened, used, or damaged items (by customer) are not eligible for return or refund only replacement
